Cross-cutting and Looping of Onions
Cut it out and use it. Don't take it too big.
Beat egg liquid for use.

Bread crumbs for use
Add onion rings to make starch first, and shake off the excess powder.
Then dip it in egg liquid.
Then wrap it in bread crumbs.
All onion rings are breaded and fried in a pan.
Heat the oil to 60%, turn off the heat and fry onion rings until golden brown.
