Sai Ying Pun District is a variety of seafood buying and selling center is also processing. Basically, it is concentrated in the Queen Street and the main street of a section of Des Voeux Road West.

So in Sheung Wan Wing Lok Street, Des Voeux Road West, Connaught Road West, Queen's Road West area of seafood stores are very crowded.

There are dried shark's fin, dried abalone, sea cucumber, dried scallops, dried mackerel, squid, oyster drums, mushrooms and other dried seafood~~~
