Nut Margarita Cookies
Ingredients: 50g butter, 25g powdered sugar, 45g cake flour, 45g cornstarch, 1 cooked egg yolk, 2 cocoa powder grams, 22 nuts
Method:
Fully soften the butter, add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Sift in low flour, corn starch, and cooked egg yolks Sieve and press in.
Use a spatula to stir and press, then knead into a ball with your hands.
The weight of the dough is about 175 grams. It can be made into an 8-gram piece, which can make 22 pieces. I made two flavors, divided the dough into half, and sifted 2 grams of cocoa powder into half of it and kneaded it evenly.
Press the middle with your fingers, add the nuts and press gently.
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. You can cover it with aluminum foil to prevent the nuts from burning.
