1, wash the Morchella with clean water first, and put it into a container (bowl) filled with purified water.

2. After soaking for 20 minutes, the Morchella becomes soft. Do not pour out the water soaked in Morchella.

3. Filter out the broken slag with a strainer.

4. As shown in the figure below, the soaked morel and the filtered morel juice are obtained.

5. The following picture shows the soaked morel.
