4. Continue to heat the oil in the pot until the oil temperature is 70% hot, add whitebait and fry it until it is crisp, then take it out and serve it on a plate.
Second, the practice of whitebait scrambled eggs:
Ingredients: whitebait, eggs, vegetable oil, chives, salt.
1, wash whitebait and put it in a bowl, beat in two eggs and break up, chop chives and put them in a bowl and stir well.
2. Heat the pan and drain the oil. The oil temperature is 70% hot. Add the stirred whitebait egg liquid and turn it over slowly with a shovel.
3. When the eggs are solidified into lumps, they can be served on plates.
