Steamed eggs for baby supplements ?
Beat the eggs, take the right amount of warm water and pour it into the egg mixture. (The temperature of the water must not be too high, lukewarm is fine, not cold.) The ratio of egg and water is 1:1 and mix well (the baby should separate the egg white from the yolk and take only the yolk). Drop a moderate amount of walnut oil into the egg mixture. Babies over one year old can add a little salt to the egg mixture.
Mix the egg and water together, strain the egg through a fine mesh strainer, and then add some garlic cloves or diced tomatoes, as your baby prefers. Steam for 12 minutes over medium-high heat.
After steaming, take a spoon and cut into a n-grid, and add a few drops of soy sauce for babies over a week old.
