Wipe the dust off the surface of pepper with a wet cloth.

Cut it into small pieces with scissors.

In terms of materials, except white sesame seeds, all other materials have been cleaned.
In the pot (dry fried, there is no oil in the pot).
Stir fry on low heat for two minutes.

Pour in the white sesame seeds and continue to stir-fry all the ingredients slowly with low heat (after about two or three minutes, I saw the sesame seeds turn yellow slightly).

Turn off the fire and continue to stir fry until the materials in the pot are cooled.

After cooling, use a food grinder to break it into the thickness of Chili noodles you want.

Spices in Chili noodles can be added at will. Besides these spices I put in, you can also put in nutmeg, tsaoko and so on (remember to smash them with a knife if you put in tsaoko).

Stir-fry all ingredients slowly with low heat, and be careful not to fry them. White sesame seeds are easier to fry. Wait for other ingredients to fry for two minutes before adding them, so that sesame seeds will not be fried and other ingredients will not be fried in place.

Don't go away after turning off the fire. There is still residual temperature in the pot. Keep frying, or the material will burn.
