2. Accessories: 200g asparagus, half a red pepper, 0/0ml oil/kloc, 2g salt, 5ml soy sauce and 2 slices ginger.
3. Wash asparagus and cut into sections.
4. Cut the sausage into small pieces.
5. The red bell pepper is seeded and cut into thin strips.
6. Heat the pan and pour in the oil. Add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
7. Pour in asparagus and stir well. Add sausage and bell pepper and stir fry.
8. Pour in soy sauce and salt to taste, stir well and serve.
