Methods/steps
Soak japonica rice for 20 minutes, glutinous rice for 4 hours, slice sausage, wash mushrooms and dice.
Put the soaked japonica rice and glutinous rice into the pot, add water, boil the water and cook for 2 minutes.
Take out the cooked rice, pour it into a basin, add corn kernels, peas, carrots, sausage slices and mushroom slices and mix well.
Wash the bamboo tube and put the mixed rice into the bamboo tube.
Steam for 30 minutes, then take it out.

Matters needing attention
Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours first, and the bamboo tube will be ready. It is best to cook it quickly without cover or steam it with steamed soup.
