Dry the steak with kitchen paper, oil it evenly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate it like this for an hour. Pay attention to keep the room temperature for the last 30 minutes, so that the temperature of the steak can reach room temperature.
The oil pan is hot and needs to be very hot. Then herd the cattle. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn over and continue frying for about 3 minutes.
After the steak is out of the pot, the oil in the pot actually leaves the rich flavor of the steak inside. It's a shame to throw it away. It is an excellent raw material for making sauce.
Put chopped onion and garlic in a hot oil pan where the steak is fried, stir fry, add beef soup, boil and dry. Use corn starch to slightly increase the concentration of the liquid and season it.
2. Exercise 2:
Ingredients: beef 1, half onion, 2 garlic, butter 1, a little black pepper.
Cut the beef into pieces half the size of a palm and pat it loose with a glass bottle or meat hammer.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the meat, evenly spread it on both sides, marinate for an hour or two, and chop garlic and onion.
Put butter (olive oil can also be used) in a hot pot, set the steak after the oil melts, and slowly fry it to the degree you want.
Dish the steak and fry the garlic and onion with the remaining oil in the pan.
Stir-fry onion until soft, add a bowl of water to boil, and add a few drops of wine.
Season with salt and black pepper (oyster sauce is better), stir-fry until thick, and pour black pepper sauce on the steak.
3. Exercise 3:
Ingredients: beef tenderloin.
Accessories: red wine, soy sauce, salt, baking soda, potatoes, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, onions, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped vanilla, butter and French black pepper juice.
Beef is hammered with a pine meat hammer.
Put it in a bowl, add red wine, salt and baking soda and marinate for 2 hours.
Put the butter in the electric baking pan, choose to cook independently-fire-close the dish-and start.
When the lower plate is heated to 200 degrees, add beef and fry until cooked. The frying time depends on how well you want it cooked. Generally, it takes 30 seconds for medium-rare cooking on both sides, medium-rare cooking 1 minute, and over 70% cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Turn over and fry, then take out the beef.
Dice potatoes, shred broccoli, cut cherry tomatoes in half, and slice onions.
Reheat the electric baking pan, choose to cook it yourself-fire-close the plate-and start. When the lower plate is heated to 200 degrees, add all kinds of vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little salt, chopped black pepper and chopped vanilla and mix well.
Put the fried vegetables and beef on a plate, heat the black pepper juice and pour it on the surface of the steak.
