How can the kitchen at home be both clean and tidy?
In most families, the kitchen is a messy room. My family is a minority-many friends will say "your family never cooks" when they see the kitchen at home. On the contrary, my family cooks every day and cooks at least two meals a day.

As an organizer, I never allow the kitchen to be messy everywhere. Today, I will share my storage experience with you, hoping that the kitchen in every family can be spotless. There are three principles for my admission.

Principle 1. The countertop is the most precious space. Most kitchens look messy, and the main reason is that the countertop is too messy. It is understandable to say that there are too many bottles and jars in the kitchen, and they are of different shapes and colors. Even if it is neatly arranged, it looks messy.

My solution to this problem is simple and rude: just don't put it on the table. As for the items that other people's homes put on the table all the year round, this is how I deal with them-

1. If there is an embedded installation fee, all the embedded installation fees will be bought. Such as dishwashers, steaming ovens, etc.

2. If there is a kitchen style, don't buy a table style. Such as water purifiers, gas stoves, etc.

You don't have to use it for every meal, just put it in the cupboard. For example, some uncommon sauces, rice cookers, pressure cookers and other pots and pans.

4. Use it for every meal and put it on the wall. Yes, it's on the wall!

Principle 2. Fully develop the wall space. My kitchen is not big, and the decoration is not as long-term as some people think, and cabinets are filled in every corner. But there is still enough storage space for practical use, because I have developed the wall to be storage space.

Any room is the same, and the area of the wall is definitely larger than the ground. In the past, we used to develop horizontally, adding storage space on the ground or on the table. But when we change our thinking and develop that long and high wall, it will open the door to a new world.

There are three main ways for me to develop the wall-

1. Anything that can be stacked against the wall should be stacked. Such as bowl chopsticks, seasoning cans, etc.

2. If necessary, you can use some support tools, such as table supports, for multi-layer stacking. For example, microwave ovens, we can't directly pile up sundries on them. You can buy a microwave oven bracket, so you can continue to pile up sundries on the bracket.

3. If there is a front wall, nail the wall hook or shelf. Put the sundries with irregular shapes but high frequency of use on them.

Principle 3. A small corner has a great effect. The kitchen is a special room, such as next to the refrigerator and next to the flue, where gaps must be left. So in the kitchen, we have many corners waiting to be used.

I use these corners in two main ways-

1. Use the rotating shelf to develop deeper corners. Like by the flue. Hide the shelf at ordinary times and turn it out when using it.

2. Use racks with wheels to develop deeper corners. Like next to the refrigerator. Push the shelf in at ordinary times and push it out when using it.

The use of racks does not violate the original intention of reserving gaps. For example, the gap on the side of the refrigerator is reserved to let the refrigerator dissipate heat. After pushing into a small shelf, because the shelf is also hollow, the impact on the heat dissipation of the refrigerator is almost zero.
