Homemade iced black tea

1. First, cut the cleaned lemon into thin slices and put it in a small pot. The size of the pot is prepared according to the number of family members. There are three people in our family, so we use a small pot.

2. Then add 20g of prepared black tea to the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of tap water (mineral water can be added at home if conditions permit).

3. Put the pot full of water on the cooker, add 100g of prepared rock sugar, then bring it to a boil over high heat, and then turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

4. Let the boiled iced black tea cool naturally, then filter it with a sieve and pour it into a container. Don't discard the residue after filtration, you can cook it for 5-6 times repeatedly and add rock sugar. Finally, we put it in the refrigerator, and then we can have a good drink.

Tips

Note: 1. Lemons don't have to be added in full, but according to the number of families and the size of containers. 2. Black tea or green tea is recommended for tea, and other teas are not recommended. 3. filter it, or there will be tea residue that will affect the taste when drinking. 4. Keep the refrigerator cool when you put it, and don't put it hot, which will easily damage the refrigerator. I believe everyone has learned it here.
