Clams and tofu soup step by step
1
Wash the clams after spitting out the mud and sand.
2
Cilantro chopped, ginger finely shredded.
3
Bean curd cut into pieces (the size of their own control, I think it is easier to cut smaller flavor)
4
The clams will be clean water, directly into the pot on the fire steam. (There is no need to put water here, as the clams will produce soup when they are steamed)
5
Steam the clams until they are open, then remove them.
6
Add boiling water to the stock in the pot, bring to a boil, then add the ginger and tofu and cook until the water boils. (If the clams are not spat out, the broth needs to be filtered.)
7
Add the clams, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. (The original clam broth itself has a salty flavor, it is best to taste it before adding salt in moderation)
