Shrimp, watercress, balsamic vinegar, onion, ginger slices, pepper, dried pepper and sugar.

1) Pick the yarn on the back of prawns, remove the head (prawn heads can be fried and eaten), and marinate with cooking wine and ginger for a while.
2) Take an oil pan (you can fry the shrimp head first and then fry the shrimp), heat the oil, turn on medium heat, add pepper and dried pepper, and take it out after it smells. Then add five or six slices of ginger, fry until dry, add sugar, stir with a frying spoon, add a spoonful of Pixian watercress to fry red oil, and then pour a little soy sauce.
3) Then turn on the fire and add the shrimps. After the color changes, add the onion and stir fry. After 30 seconds, pour some balsamic vinegar and take it out.
3. Braised shrimp with red wine and onion
Composition:
Shrimp, onion, red wine, salt, butter
Exercise:
1) Wash the shrimp, remove the shell and shrimp line, and control the moisture.
2) Cut the onion in half, face down, and cut into filaments.
3) Put the butter block into the pot, and after it is melted, put the shrimp into the pot, fry until both sides change color, and take it out for later use. Don't fry it for too long, turn it over when one side changes color, and then take it out after the other side changes color. It's best to make it with butter, which will taste better. Stir-fry the shrimp in advance. First of all, butter tastes better when it is absorbed. Second, shrimp is bigger. Stir-fry it in advance, so that it won't get old after cooking for a long time.
4) In the same pot, add some butter and fire. After the butter melts, add the shredded onion.
5) Stir-fry until the onion wilts slightly and the edge is a little transparent.
6) Add the previously fried shrimps, stir fry a few times, pour a tablespoon of red wine along the side of the pot (don't pour it directly on the dish), add salt to taste according to your own taste, and stir fry a few times until the soup is completely dry.
