Methods:

tip:
1. It is said that cooking mung beans in sugar water for 20 minutes, the most significant heat detoxification effect;
2. Mung beans should not be cooked too much, so as not to make the organic acids and vitamins were destroyed, reducing the effectiveness of the heat detoxification;
3. Because of the mung bean nature of the cold, the spleen and stomach
why not cold, thinning of stools, lack of kidney qi, lumbago, cold limbs are not advisable. Cold limbs are not suitable to eat;
