When I was in college, my turtle in Brazil had a similar experience with you. It fell from the fourth floor of the dormitory, its shell cracked and there was blood in its mouth. But I kept it for about a week without medication. The tortoise is back to health. I can only say that the vitality of the tortoise is still very tenacious. My suggestion is that your turtle should be kept alone for a period of time and observed at any time. If you can recover in three days, there is basically no problem. If there is trauma, it will be fine.
