Tools: toothpicks, tweezers, pots, scissors.
Ingredients: chicken feet, onion, ginger, garlic and fragrant leaves.
1. Soak fresh chicken and wax gourd in water for about half an hour before soaking in bleeding water.
2. Prepare boiling water, add chicken feet and cook on low heat, and add onions, ginger, garlic and fragrant leaves.
3. Take it out after cooking and soak it in cold water.
4. Cut off the nails of the chicken feet with scissors, then cut them along the chicken feet on the back with a knife, and each finger is cut off.
5. After all the bones are separated, gently poke them along the wound with a toothpick to separate the flesh and blood, and then take them off with tweezers, thus making boneless chicken feet.
