Later, when someone bought greens to go with the noodles, the granny at the screw stall thought the noodles tasted so good that she sold the snail noodles.

The second story is that in the 1970s and 1980s, the Gufu Street food market was the largest wholesale place for raw snails in Liuzhou, and later formed the Gufu Street night market. People in Liuzhou love snail and rice noodles, sometimes the owner of the night market would cook both snail and rice noodles, and some people like to add snail soup to the rice noodles, which is the prototype of snail noodles.
