Home-brewed wine needs to add sugar in a ratio of 6:1. Ten kilograms of grapes require 1.7 kilograms of sugar. When choosing sugar, it is best to use white sugar.
Materials: fresh grapes, sugar, container.
The first step is to buy fresh grapes and pick out the rotten ones.
The second step is to pick the grapes and wash them, then soak them in light salt water for half an hour, and then rinse them with clean water.
The third step is to dry the rinsed grapes in a ventilated place to avoid bringing excess moisture into the wine.
The fourth step is to crush the dried grapes and put them into the container. Add the sugar according to the ratio of 6 pounds of grapes to 1 pound of white sugar. Stir evenly and seal the lid.
The fifth step is that the fermentation time is related to the temperature at that time. In summer, a week is enough. If the temperature is low in autumn, it will take half a month to ferment.
Step 6: After fermentation, use a filter to filter out the wine and put it into a wine bottle. If the first filtering is not clean, filter it again.
