1. Corn sparerib soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, ribs, carrots, corn and yam.
Blanch the spareribs with scallion and ginger, pour the complementary food oil into the pot, stir-fry the spareribs and ginger in the oil for a few times, add appropriate amount of boiling water 1 hour, then stew carrots, yams and corn for 30 minutes, and add a little salt to taste when they are over one year old.
2. Mushroom and shrimp soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, tofu, fresh shrimp, mushrooms, eggs.
Pour the complementary food oil into the pot, stir-fry the eggs for later use, stir-fry the mushrooms in another pot until they are soft, add a proper amount of water to boil, then pour in the tofu shrimp to cook, and finally add the cut eggs. Add a little salt to taste when you are over one year old.
3. Crucian carp tofu soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, crucian carp, tofu, onion and ginger.
Wash crucian carp, cut into pieces, marinate with onion and ginger for 30 minutes, pour the complementary food oil into the pot, fry on low heat until both sides are golden, add appropriate amount of boiling water to cook for 5 minutes, pour tofu to cook for 15 minutes, and add a little salt to taste when one year old or older.
4. Luffa Egg Soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, tofu, eggs, loofah and chives.
Add complementary oil to the pot, stir-fry the chicken until it is ready for use, stir-fry the loofah in another pot until it is soft, add appropriate amount of water to boil, pour in tofu and cook for 5 minutes, then add chopped eggs and add a little salt for more than one year to taste.
5. Winter melon sparerib soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, ribs, wax gourd, onion and ginger.
Blanch the ribs with scallion and ginger, pour the complementary oil into the pot, fry on low heat until the ribs are golden on both sides, add appropriate amount of boiling water and stew for 1 hour, then stew the wax gourd slices for 20 minutes, and then season.
6. Potato beef soup
Ingredients: Roland avocado oil, potatoes, tomatoes, beef and ginger.
Dice the beef, blanch it with onion and ginger, pour the complementary food oil into the pot, add ginger while it is hot, stir-fry the beef pieces a few times, then pour in tomatoes and stir-fry to get soup, add appropriate amount of boiling water to stew 1 hour, then stew the potatoes for 30 minutes, and then season.
