Low Gluten Flour, Starch, Milk, Eggs Mix well and add melted butter. Pluck the core of the durian and set aside
Put the batter into a pan and cook it into about 10 crusts. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to cool.
Whip the cream and add the powdered sugar in several batches. Stir in a little more durian meat. Chill in the refrigerator until the cream is stiff.
