Ingredients: cauliflower
Seasoning: garlic, millet, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped green onion.
Steps:
1. Cut cauliflower into small flowers and soak them in clear water for later use;
2. Stir-fry garlic and millet in hot oil, pour cauliflower and stir-fry until raw (stir-fry for a while);
3. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, oyster sauce and half a spoonful of soy sauce, stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
