Stewed tofu with clams
Main ingredients
300g northern tofu, 300g clams
Spring onion leaves A little salt, a little salt
A little cooking oil
How to make clam stewed tofu (very fresh taste)
1. Add flour after buying clams Wash them repeatedly, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook the clams until they open and turn off the heat. Then use a spoon to take out the clam meat. The water used to cook the clams is the freshest original soup.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add spring onion leaves and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the clam soup.
4. Add the blanched tofu and simmer for three minutes.
5. After three minutes, add the cooked clam meat and simmer for two minutes.
6. Add salt before serving and add a few drops of sesame oil after serving.
