Ingredients: sliced beef, cumin, cooking wine, salt, pepper powder, oil, coriander, small red pepper, chicken essence, soy sauce, Heinz black pepper sauce and cold oil.
1. Slice beef, shred onion and marinate with cooking wine, salt, oil and pepper for half an hour.
2. Wash and cut the parsley.
3. Stir-fry the marinated beef slices in cold oil.
4. Stir fry in soy sauce.
5. Add black pepper sauce and small red pepper and stir fry.
6. Add cumin, chicken essence and coriander and mix well.
