Composition:
Three preserved eggs (choose Q bomb, thick eggs), green pepper, millet spicy, onion, ginger and minced garlic.
Sauce:
A spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of mature vinegar+a spoonful of sugar+a spoonful of chicken essence+half a spoonful of oil consumption+two spoonfuls of Chili oil, put them in a bowl and stir well.
Exercise:
1. Peel the preserved egg and cut it into four equal parts (when cutting, pour water on the knife and cut it without touching it).
2. Shred green peppers, and put preserved eggs and green peppers into a plate. Pour the prepared sauce evenly on the ingredients.
