Production method:
1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for half an hour. Cook for ten minutes and remove cold water when there is no hard core!
2. Cut celery, pork slices, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of starch, and marinate for ten minutes.
