Shrimp Gourd Melon
I bought a particularly fresh small gourd melon at the market, and when I got home I found shrimp and eggs in the refrigerator, which created a refreshing dish.
Difficulty: Cutting (beginner)? Time: 15 minutes
- Prepare ingredients-
500g gourd melon, shrimps, about ten large shrimps, eggs, 3 green onions Ginger, cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, oyster sauce
- Steps-
1. The small gourd melon I bought, sliced....
2. Shrimp Remove the shrimp threads and cut them into small pieces. The green onions and ginger are also chopped together.
3. Fry the eggs first and serve them out.
4. Add a little salt, pepper and chopped green onion to the cornstarch juice.
5. Heat the oil, add the shrimps and stir-fry them. After the water is dried, add some cooking wine, add minced ginger and green onions (I like spicy food, so I added a little dried chili pepper)
6. Add the gourd and stir-fry, then add light soy sauce and a little oyster sauce, then add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry. If you like it crispy, fry it for a little less time. If you like it softer, cover the pot and simmer for a minute or two. Before serving, add the prepared corn starch water, stir-fry a few times and serve!
