Ingredients ?
Brown rice 50g
Oatmeal rice 50g
Black rice 50g
Red rice 50g
Corn residue 50g
Barley 50g
Water
Mixed grain rice practice ?
Wash and soak all of them for 3 hours, I usually soak the barley separately because the soaked water has to be poured out
Put it into the pot, add water (about 1cm above the rice), bring it to a boil over high heat
Shut down the heat, cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
