Chop the ribs into small pieces first, rinse them clean, then put them in a pot and soak them in water. After removing the blood, remove them and drain them. Pour hot oil into the pot, stir-fry chives, ginger and garlic, then pour ribs, stir-fry, and then pour in soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Stir-fry and color, then pour in hot water, which is about the same as the ribs. Add a pot cover, turn to low heat after boiling water, and continue to burn until there is more than a quarter of the soup left.
