1. Add proper amount of salt, rice wine, pepper, starch and oyster sauce into minced meat, mix well and marinate 10 minutes or so.
2. Chop garlic cloves, pickled mustard tuber, mushrooms, peppers and chopped green onion separately for later use.
3. Soak the bought tofu in salt water first, remove the dried water and slice it in a plate for later use.
4. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, stir-fry minced garlic, add mushrooms and stir-fry until the water is dry, then add mustard tuber and pepper and stir-fry for a while, then add minced meat and stir-fry until it becomes discolored, then add a little sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry the sauce, then cook 2 tablespoons of boiling water, and turn off the heat after boiling.
5. Spread the fried meat sauce on the tofu, put it in a steamer, cover it, steam it for 8 minutes.

Refreshing appetizing bean curd soup
