At the same time, pregnant women's demand for calcium in the third trimester is obviously increased, because fetal teeth and bone calcification need a lot of calcium, pregnant women should drink more bone soup and shrimp skin soup, and eat more foods such as sesame, kelp, animal liver and eggs.
