Qianxian sauce chili practice ?
The lotus root peeled first thinly sliced, and then shredded, boy cut into fine powder, try to finely chopped a little bit, cut well must be used to wash with cool water, followed by water control dry (400 grams), green onion and ginger chopped (20 grams each).
