This year's Anhui Cuisine Tourism Festival is richer in content and more novel in form.
The theme exhibition area includes four parts, namely, the exhibition of Huizhou cuisine masters' works, the theme exhibition of China's "Golden Rooster and Hundred Flavors" food culture, the image exhibition of Hefei Food District, and the theme exhibition of nutritious breakfast.
The standard exhibition area includes eight parts, such as special pot-stewed cold dishes, safe food, snack food, international food, local specialties, kitchen supplies, drinks and ingredients.
Among them, the theme exhibition of "Golden Rooster and Hundred Flavors" food culture was first launched. Focusing on our own brands, such as Laoxiang Chicken and Fuliji Roast Chicken, we displayed the chicken food and cooking culture of different regions and flavors across the country, and selected "China Golden Rooster Award for Gourmet" and "China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flavors Award".
The planning of the exhibition area is mainly based on brand food and international food. At that time, Korean barbecue and Japanese food will all be unveiled in the international food exhibition area.
