Baked Rice Cake with Cheese and Sweet Potato
Ingredients
200g of glutinous rice flour, 200g of sweet potato, 1 egg, 30g of corn oil, 2 slices of cheese, 180ml of milk
Method:
1. Steam the sweet potato and press it into puree.
2. Stir in glutinous rice flour, egg, corn oil and milk.
3. The bottom of the mold is lined with greaseproof paper. First pour half of the batter, then put the sweet potato puree in the middle, then lay the cheese slices, and finally pour in the remaining batter.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (air fryer also works).
