Composition:
Flammulina velutipes, mud worms, soy sauce, oyster sauce, onion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, raw flour, pepper.
Practice steps:
① Flammulina velutipes and mud worms are washed for later use;
② Add 1 spoon of soy sauce and oyster sauce to the mud worms respectively, and mix and marinate with appropriate amount of onion, ginger, pepper, corn flour and cooking wine for 10 minute;
③ Steam Flammulina velutipes for 9 minutes, then steam the mud worms on Flammulina velutipes for 3 minutes, and finally sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onion.
