Easy to breed mold

Grapes used to make wine need to be highly mature, without signs of damage, mold, etc. Grapes are not easy to store at room temperature and are prone to mildew. If the freshness is not high, it will be easier for mold to breed in the wine. Therefore, you must use fresh grapes when making your own wine. You must not buy grapes and store them for a few days before starting to make wine.
