30g curry powder, 200ml stock, proper amount of milk, proper amount of raw flour, proper amount of brown sugar, black pepper, cooking wine and salt.
method of work
1. Cook the stock in a non-stick small pot until it is slightly hot, pour in curry powder, stir it evenly with a spoon, and slowly boil it over medium heat.
2. Add half a cup of milk, two teaspoons of brown sugar, half a spoonful of black pepper and a little cooking wine to the boiled curry juice, and continue to cook (over low heat for more than 15 minutes). Cooking wine is ordinary cooking wine, no matter which brand.
3. Hook half a bowl of starch with a little cold water, add it to the boiled curry juice, thicken it while stirring gently. When the curry juice turns into a thicker juice after it has been thickened, it's done.
