Dried sheep's tail bamboo shoots are traditional and famous products in this county, with a production history of 100 years, and have long been listed as "famous and excellent" products in Zhejiang Province. Because of its pure white color, it is 15-20cm long. Named after the tail of a sheep. Dry sheep tail bamboo shoots are made of tender bamboo shoots and carefully processed. Picking fresh bamboo shoots must be timely, during the period of Xiao Man and mango. Xikeng Village, Jingshiling, Xikeng Town is famous for its bluestone, which was called Bishi in ancient times. The development of Bishi began in Song Dynasty. Bamboo weaving bamboo weaving is a traditional folk handicraft in Xinchang county, which is famous for its exquisite weaving, beautiful shape and simple color. All kinds of bamboo products with national style, such as animal-shaped plates, baskets, lamp holders, vases, blue painted plates, screens and figures, are very distinctive. Spring pancake Spring pancake, symbolizing the auspicious revival of Vientiane, occupies a place in Xinchang food custom. It is a kind of pasta, which is to mix flour with water and a little salt, knead thoroughly, take a pinch of dough, draw a solid circle evenly on the hot pot (cooking plate), bake it a little, and uncover a pancake as thin as cicada's wings, with yellow inside and crisp fragrance. A catty of flour can make 60-70 pieces, and 6 pieces are "one big piece". Spring cakes wrapped in oil dumplings and tofu have a special flavor. With lean meat and chopped green onion as stuffing, it can be fried into spring rolls and become a delicious dish. Xinchang people love to eat spring cakes, because they are delicious and have the meaning of reunion garden. Jiaozi Xinchang people have been making and eating taro jiaozi for hundreds of years. At least during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it had become the food of farmers. The method of making taro jiaozi is to cook taro, peel it, wrap it with starch such as sweet potato powder, knead it into dough, and then wrap it with lean meat, which is generally triangular. Then put it in boiling water and cook it. Taro jiaozi tastes waxy, soft, smooth and delicious.
