Approximately 1/3 of white cauliflower, ? pack of Hong Hei mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of olive oil
Methods
1: Wash and peel white cauliflower and set aside.
2. Slice carrots into long thin strips and set aside.
3, put the white cauliflower and carrot into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
4: Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and mushrooms.
5: Stir fry the blanched cauliflower and carrots, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Finally, add salt to taste.
