The first kind:
Ingredients: a box of beef slices, a piece of beef ham, diced carrots, diced onions, diced garlic, olives and parsley.
Exercise:
1. Stir-fry diced carrots, diced garlic and olives respectively.
2. Stir-fried onion and diced ham
Several materials have been prepared.
3. Pour the fat cow into the hot pot. Don't put oil in the pot. Stir-fry the fat cow's water first and serve.
4. Pour a lot of oil into the pot, add a lot of cumin, and pour the fried fat beef into stir-fry again, and pour it out after the color becomes dark.
5. Mix the above materials with rice, add salt and stir fry for 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle coriander after serving.
The second type:
New Orleans cumin bacon fried rice
Ingredients: rice, carrots, bacon and an egg.
Ingredients: oil, salt, sugar, spiced powder and cumin powder.
Exercise:
1 diced carrots (I cut them very small because they are fried raw), diced bacon and diced eggs.
Fry the bacon in the oil pan first. Bacon is very thin, cut into small pieces, fried a few times and cooked immediately, drained and put on a plate for later use. If there are onions, stir-fry the diced onions first, then add bacon and stir-fry.
There is enough oil in the pot to fry a diced carrot. Pour carrots into the pot and fry them five or six times.
4 pour in the rice and stir fry.
5 After frying, pour the bacon into the pot and stir well, then add salt, sugar, spiced powder and cumin powder and stir well, then pour in the broken eggs and stir well. There are no onions at home. If fried with diced onion, the rice will be more fragrant.
The third kind:
Ingredients: leftovers, mutton, cumin
Ingredients: onion, assorted diced vegetables, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt.
1, onion, mutton and your favorite vegetables are diced. I use quick-frozen vegetables, which are simple and beautiful. If it is your favorite vegetable, remember to cook it in advance if you need to cook it. Grab the mutton evenly with a little white pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and water starch, then pour a little sesame oil, grab it evenly, wrap it in water, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Add onion and stir fry, then add diced mutton and stir fry.
Add cooking wine and saute until fragrant.
Add oil to taste.
Add cumin to continue seasoning. Pour more, it will smell better.
Pour the cold rice in and turn it out. Note: If the cold rice is caked, pour a little white wine and gently break it up with a wooden spoon.
Finally, pour in diced vegetables and season with salt. Chicken powder can also be added if necessary.
