Clean the king crab. This Youku can search for video tutorials. It's also a meticulous job. It will take more than half an hour to get it done.
Steamed. I used the steamer. 95 degrees. 10 minutes.
Garlic sauce. A whole garlic, peeled and mashed. Heat the oil pan, pour the garlic while the oil is hot. Turn off the fire, add some soy sauce, add some sugar, and refresh. (Everything depends on your appetite.)
Take out the steamed crab and pour it directly with hot sauce.
I didn't use a lot of garlic sauce, because the crab itself is very fresh, and the original flavor is great. I don't want to be covered by the original flavor.
