Ingredients: 1 black chicken, 1 ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams), 2,500 milliliters of water
5 red dates, 5 lotus seeds, 10 grams of Job's tears, 10 grams of lily of the valley, 10 goji berries, Chinese yam, 40 grams of Chinese ginseng, 3 Szechuan sand nuts, 50 grams of lentils.
1. Take out the head of the chicken, with water, wash, cut into large pieces. Ginger peeled, cut into large pieces.
2. Soup ingredients (red dates, lotus seeds, Job's tears, lily, wolfberries, Chinese yam, Chinese ginseng, Sichuan sand nuts, lentils) into a large bowl, soak in water for 2 minutes, and then pour out the water, rinse twice with water, drain and set aside.
3. Put the black chicken into a pot and pour in water at once. Bring to a boil over the heat, then skim off any floating foam with a spoon until it comes clean. Pour the drained stock into the pot, cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
