Hot and sour ginger soup-features: hot and sour taste, cold-proof and easy to operate and read.
The ingredients used are 50 grams of ginger, 30 grams of ham and 0/0 grams of coriander/kloc. Salt, rice vinegar, pepper, sesame oil.
-Start making-
Step 1: shred ginger and ham, and cut coriander into sections for later use.
