The method to make delicious and crispy pickled radish is as follows:
1. First wash the white radish, remove the roots but do not peel them, and then scrub the surface clean.
2. Cut the white radish into thin strips of about 1 cm, or into thin slices, then add an appropriate amount of salt and grasp evenly. Marinate for about 1 hour to make the radishes crispier. Remember to drain away all the water after marinating.
3. While pickling the radishes, we will adjust the sauce. Add sugar, white vinegar, white wine, Sichuan peppercorns, pickled peppers, and lemon slices to a bowl and mix well.
