The whole "Fengyang Flower Drum" is about18m high and 6 1 m in diameter, with a building area of over 4,258 square meters, making it the highest in the world. It is named "Fengyang Flower Drum" because it is located in Anhui Province. Taking Fengyang Flower Drum, a cultural element with Anhui characteristics, as a model, with the help of heavy historical allusions of the Three Kingdoms, it is like a castle.

This building, with an investment of nearly 100 million yuan, is completely designed according to the shape of Fengyang Flower Drum. The gate was tripped by the drum rope of Fengyang Flower Drum, and the square pattern was a Chinese knot tied on the trip. The floor of the building is auspicious clouds, and the ceiling consists of a big drum and 24 small drums. There is a huge sand table in the center of the whole hall, which shows the future of lakeside water. Around the hall and upstairs, there are visiting rest areas and office areas.
