Steps of boiling conch
1. Wash the conch, put it in a pot and rinse it with cold water (water can overflow the conch).
2. Add onions and ginger slices.
3. After the water is boiled, the big conch is boiled 10- 15 minutes, and the small and medium conch is boiled for 3-5 minutes.
