And there is also vegetable cream sold in the market
Bought directly
Whipped
You can eat it
Milk can't be whipped
These are two different concepts
Cakes are made with cream
The kind of cream used in cakes is whipped with liquid cream sold directly. The liquid cream that is sold directly on the market is used to make the cake. For example, Golden Diamond, and Nestle's small paper packages.
The liquid cream that comes out is a higher fat content (we usually use phyllo) liquid cream that looks a bit like milk, but is usually flavored.
This is completely different from milk. If anything, cream is the distillate of milk. It's centrifuged whole milk, and the fat microspheres in the milk float to the top. When you separate them out, it's called cream
And the so-called "whipped cream" that we use to make cakes can be made from separated milk, but most of the creams are actually labeled as phytomilk cream, which has nothing to do with milk.
Their main ingredient is vegetable cream, which is actually a mixture of hydrogenated vegetable oil, starch hydrolysate, some protein components and other food additives.
It actually means this liquid cream that we buy in the market.
