1. Pour the milk into the pot, add the sugar and stir well. After stirring evenly, cook until it is slightly boiling, and stir constantly while cooking.
2. Pour in the whipped cream and mix well. After leaving the fire to room temperature, add three egg yolks in turn.
3. Before adding the second yolk, mix each yolk evenly.
4. Sieve for 3 times, pour into a bowl, preheat in an oven at 165℃, and bake in a water bath for 35-40 minutes.
5. Take out the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar, and continue baking for 20 minutes.
