Kumquat Sauce for Cough and Lungs Step by Step
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Soak the kumquats in lightly salted water for about 30 minutes and then rinse them well.

1. No need to add water during the pureeing process, if you want the kumquat puree to be a little more delicate, then beat it for a while.
2. The reason for choosing rock sugar is that rock sugar itself has a very good effect on moistening the lungs and relieving coughs, but it is not advisable to put too much of it in, for one thing, babies are too young to consume food that is too sweet, and on the other hand, when eaten with the kumquats, it is easy to produce phlegm if too much sugar is put in, which is counterproductive. In addition, this does not add water to increase the concentration of kumquat sauce also shorten the simmering time. During the simmering process, be sure to use a spoon or chopsticks to stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pot.
