How to make flour potato cakes:
1. Ingredients: about a pound of potatoes, eggs, and flour.
2. Seasoning: 100 grams of peanut oil, 100 grams of chives, 5 grams of salt, pepper, and a little fresh milk.
3. Wash the potatoes, slice them, and steam them in a pot.
